Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Visionary Strategic Solutions LLC, doing business as Credit Repair Automate (“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Credit Repair Automate platform (“the Platform”).

By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

1. Platform Purpose
Credit Repair Automate is a web-based platform designed to help individual consumers generate and manage credit dispute letters. The Platform is for personal, non-commercial use only. Use by credit repair businesses, third-party agents, or service providers is prohibited.

We are not a law firm, credit repair organization, or legal services provider. We do not submit disputes on your behalf or offer legal advice.

2. Eligibility and Required Information
To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Be a resident of the United States

• Use the Platform for lawful, personal purposes only

• Provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, and limited identifying information

• Upload identity verification documents (e.g., photo ID or proof of address) as required to generate dispute letters

The Platform may restrict functionality if your account profile or required information is incomplete.

3. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with third-party service providers:

• SmartCredit® – For access to credit reports (separate subscription required)

• DocuSend – For optional mailing of printed dispute letters

All payments for these services are made directly to the third-party provider. We do not process payments or store payment information. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information

• Use the Platform only for its intended purpose

• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials

• Accept full responsibility for how you use any materials generated from the Platform

You acknowledge that success of any credit dispute depends on external factors beyond our control, including the accuracy of credit report data and responses from third-party bureaus or creditors.

5. Account Termination and Data Deletion
You may cancel your account at any time by emailing support@creditrepairautomate.com. Upon verified request, we will delete your account and all associated data.

Cancellation of your Credit Repair Automate account does not cancel subscriptions or services with third-party providers. Those must be managed separately.

6. Intellectual Property
All software, content, trademarks, and branding on the Platform are the property of Visionary Strategic Solutions LLC. You may use the documents you generate for personal use only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

7. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes. Dispute outcomes depend on the facts of each case, how credit bureaus or creditors respond, and data beyond our control. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for:

• Errors or omissions in credit report data

• Disputes rejected by third parties

• Delays or interruptions in service

• Technical issues or third-party service performance

Our total liability to you will not exceed any amount paid directly to us (if any), which in most cases is $0.

9. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from your use of the Platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

You waive the right to participate in a jury trial or class action. This section does not apply to individual claims brought in small claims court.

10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will notify you via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
